I would give a zero if I could. 3 years of nothing but attitude and poor services. The front desk people are TERRIBLE. Never smile, act like you are bothering them. It literally took OVER a month to get a prescription dosage changed even after numerous phone calls. This place needs shut down! Oh the last time we were there they asked me how much my daughter weighed… I thought they weighed her, I mean all the other times they did. I highly recommend NOT going to this place!

This place is trash don’t go here they hang up on people. They play games when it comes time to refill prescriptions. You miss an appointment they say you can’t come anymore. I’m tired of the games with this place just stay away unless you don’t have a choice to.

I like the resident physician I am seeing. He is very smart and dedicated to his work. Have had no problems with the supervising doctors as well. However, not a fan of the front desk. Seems like a hand is held out for payment immediately. Some of the nurses could be a little nicer, too. Most of them are very kind and sincere but some of them are just plain out mean and in bad moods. If it wasn't for me liking the doctor, I would change physicians.

If you need CPAP supplies or a CPAP machine stay far, far away from this clinic. I've been waiting two months for supplies that I can not get without a signature from someone in the clinic. Every time I call the clinic for an update the staff does their best to get me off the phone. I've been told half a dozen times by the person I was talking to that she was taking my problem "right to the top." When I call this clinic they act as though I was calling them to have my vehicle inspected. They have no notes on my previous call... read more
