Felt like I was treated pretty rudely. I have sleep/wake problems and I missed appointments, but instead of canceling my appointment I scheduled… they let me come into it just to tell me I was being discharged after THAT visit. I don’t know what happened with this letter they supposedly sent, but that upset me pretty bad & now I don’t trust this facility to be kind again.

After dealing with a former provider who never listened to my concerns, the Family Medicine Residency Clinic was a breath of fresh air. For the first time I felt like I was on the same team as my care team. I see one of the residents, who is excellent, and the attending physicians always take interest in the patients of the residents they oversee.

Scheduled me without giving me a time, and neglected to ever notify me about my appointment. Had urgent issues that needed dealt with and their soonest appointment time was over a month out. They will neglect your health and don't care in the slightest about dealing with your problems in a timely manner.
