I dread calling and making an appointment here- the receptionists are all very rude and have shockingly poor manners when answering the phones. I recommend going anywhere but here, it’s hard to even get an appointment in a timely manner.
I accompanied my father for an appt with Dr. Ward. I was very impressed with his thoroughness, thoughtfulness, and bedside manner. There was no rush and I felt like he sincerely cared. Additionally, the woman who did the initial intake, Kate, was excellent as well. After his appointment, I’m considering switching doctors for myself.
Like many of the reviews here, the front office is Clearly an issue. I have had inconsistent scheduling, and recommend to get your schedule in writing. I have never seen anyone in the front office smile and Kaylee, is very passive aggressive. It’s very apparent that she doesn’t need to be working with people and like many people I will be changing PCPs. Mixed Experience – Great Doctors, Poor Quality Front Office This clinic is very hit or miss. The doctors themselves are wonderful—kind, patient, and truly take the time to listen. However, the front office and scheduling staff leave a lot to be desired. I strongly recommend asking for a printed or emailed confirmation every time you book an appointment.
