I want to recommend the doctor I had been seeing but I feel sketchy vibes when we talk now like there's some kind of hostility. I left to go somewhere else for a bit because my insurance needed me to switch my PCP to get treatment at a specialist's office, and so THIS primary care office when I called said that was ok and I could just come back with no problem/no hard feelings, and apparently that was a lie because now I've returned to this office for primary care and I get the stink eye and bad attitude for being a medical ... read more
Dr. Chopan has been my Primary Care Doctor since the 1990's. He has taken very good care of me and has at times referred me to absolutely great specialists. He has a very friendly and courteous staff..
They take so long, for example, your appointment is at 2, plan on waiting 2+ hours 1 hour waiting to get into a room... Eric is nice but super rushy...
They do not answer the phone during business hours and their answering machine will not record a message. however the office that accepts Non-Medi cal patients picks up asap. Strange and so unfair!
