I was told when I asked the front desk if I had a balance that I had no balance. Then when it comes time to refill a prescription they decide not to refill it until I pay the bill I was just told I didn’t have 3 weeks previously. Get your stuff together! Even after I paid the bill, I’ve gone 4 days and still no prescription refills sent in. Ridiculous!!
I’ve been coming here for a couple months and I was recommended by another doctor. The staff really cares about you, And they help you with the things you need to take care of step-by-step. I can’t tell you how many times I have been going to the doctors, They truly do care about there. I am definitely recommending them to all my friends and family. Maybe you should try it out too!
The wait time is insane at this office. They do double bookings and make patient wait. Thats just pathetic
Dr Hastings is the best! He spends time examining me, discussing options, and making his recommendations. He is extremely knowledgeable. But he doesn’t impose his recommendations. He wants you, as the patient, to buy into his recommendations. He is a patient man. I greatly appreciate his time. I have lost 35 pounds since I began seeing him. No short cuts. Slow and consistent progress over time. I feel very healthy. I am very grateful for Dr Hastings. Sincerely, Jack W
