I never wish to write bad reviews. However, the office sent the wrong code to Quest Lab. It's been over a month since my last couple phone calls, but the Dr. still hasn't updated the code nor given me a call back like I was told by Dignity Medical Group representative. Insurance spoke to them as well, however, the doctor office didn't take any action like Insurance was told. Also, the clinic has front desk, but patients have no way to reach out to them directly. I like my doctor and the staff here but getting ahold of anyone here is so HARD! I've had the hardest time getting ANYONE to talk to, I've even spent 30 minutes just trying to schedule an appointment, just for it to never end up getting me talking to anyone! Very very difficult for someone who works full time to try and schedule, the phone system is horrible!

I’m feeling really sad and frustrated this morning. I had an appointment with Dr. Nguyen on January 28 to get established as a new patient/ have a preventative care annual appointment. We had an awesome visit and it felt like the first doctor in my life that cared about me. Last night I received a bill for $741. I called to confirm the amount was correct with insurance. Maybe it is just me but I feel like it is hard to find a doctor who generally cares about each and every patient. Dr. Moleyar here is exactly that. I think she is one of the better doctors around and would highly recommend her.
