I first learned about Dr. Hughes over 24 years ago when my daughter was only 4 years old and I took her to the E.R. and there is where I first met him. I was scared to death as my little girl was having seizures and hallucinating. I thought she was at death's door but by God's grace and Dr. Hughes's expertise and compassion, my little girl turned out to be just fine. Dr. Charles Hughes is without doubt the most caring, sensitive and Loving man I have ever met. These qualities carry over into his medical Practice in a way that ALL other Dr's could certainly learn from him. He is The BEST Doctor you will find anywhere near Levelland, Texas. I just wish I lived closer so He could still be my care giver.
