I called the office on 6/10 and left a voicemail for an urgent medication refill. I provided the physical address and phone number of the pharmacy I needed my prescription sent to. They did not respond to my request for two days. When I called back to check on the status, I was told by their phone operating service that the office was closed and I would need to wait over the weekend to get my prescription. Although they say they are accepting new patients, they reseve appointments for current patients. They are a provider under my insurance, when I called, the first available appointment they could give me was August 11th. I don't plan on not feeling well on August 11th, I need to see someone in less than 2 1/2 months. Their suggestion, go to emergency or urgent care. Very helpful!

Wow! I've been a patient of Dr. Ellsworth for over 15 years. I moved away from Scottsdale in 2010 and I still travel to her for my primary care. Dr Ellsworth and Mary have always made me feel like family and I know they my health is very important to them. Highest recommendation.

I love the doctors at this practice however, Mary at the front desk is extremely unprofessional and a bully. When I called into the office to get some help with something so so simple I was stunned as to how Mary could speak to a paying client and then not even help. I called in later that day to try and speak to someone else and I had to talk to Mary again and got nowhere. I work with the public and I would never treat anyone the way Mary has treated me.
