Dr. Daniel Hay is an amazing doctor which makes me even sadder to write this review. My husband and I have been receiving a bill of $225 regarding a visit that should have been charged from the insurance in November 2023 (!!). We do not know why this was not billed to the insurance, we tried to get answers from the office staff innumerous times by phone and emails. We called the number on the bill. Today my son and I had an appointment. His was to check on some allergies, and mine was just to request blood tests. Dr. Daniel was very helpful, caring, and kind to me and my young son. Even though it was late, and he must have been very tired, as practically the entire Brazilian community seeks him out. Very unprofessional and rude receptionist. I came in to make an appointment and was told there was not one available for another two months. Fine. I made the appointment and TWO DAYS before I was scheduled to come in, I got a call saying they had to reschedule and that I would have to wait another month. I expressed my frustration with the receptionist as I have been waiting for quite some time for what could be a pretty substantial issue.
