Play by the rules…you cannot advertise on your website and then not honor it. Businesses like this need to be held accountable for putting greed before running a legitimate and transparent business. Very professional, courteous and all about patient care. Friendly staff and everyone here is always smiling. Would recommend 10/10
I’ve been going here for over a decade - but against better judgment. I would get a new nurse practitioner every 6 months and, while I have zero problems with seeing NPs, the lack of cohesion and professional consistency was becoming a serious issue, and today was the last straw. The staff is fine, and the NPs are fine, but the office as whole…well, it sucks. Please seek medical help elsewhere.
My husband and I have been going here for minor stuff for years. It's never been my favorite, but my most recent trip REALLY had me upset. I saw Rodney for a shoulder injury and knew pretty quickly I wasn't going to receive good treatment. This guy not only talked over me multiple times while I was trying to explain what was going on, but also NEVER EVEN DID AN EXAM.
