I’ve only had positive experiences here, but it opens at 7:30, not 8
I'm shocked how little this office cares about it patients. I've been trying to get a prescription filled for 3 days. I just called my pharmacy, and the doctor still didn't send it! The sad part is that this isn't the first, second, or third time. I'm now looking for a new office
I've been a patient here for a few years now. Within the last year things have not been good. They treat me like a criminal with my adderall. The front desk staff can be rude sometimes and judgemental. When you call the nurse line and leave a VM it says they'll get back to you that same business day....they don't. It would be Nice to be able to Reach Our Primary Doctors Office when trying to call over a week. Just to get through.? NOT SURE WHATS GOING ON BUT IT FREAKIN Rediculous!! KINDA UPSET AFTER years of seeing My Doc. Looks like i may Have to go or Find Another Doctor. All of Aultman is Getting Seriously Rediculous!
Been trying to get an appointment with new doctors because my insurance changed. It’s absolutely impossible. They won’t call you back even left messages several times even for the office manager and they absolutely will not call you back. It’s been over one month.
