First and last time for me. I was seen for a medical condition that can apparently cause a dangerous hemorrhage and I still have not recieved a doctor's note with lift restrictions for my employer. I've called them multiple times over a 24-hour period and they they still haven't sent it to my portal. IF YOU VALUE YOUR JOB AND YOUR LIFE, DO NOT GO HERE!! THIS IS THE WORST PRIMARY CARE DOCTOR OFFICE I HAD EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE IN 40 YEARS!!!
I’m not 100% sure if Family Medicine staff or Quest carries the most blame but I waited two house for a fasting blood draw and each side said the other didn’t notify there was a patient waiting. I personally asked Family Medicine staff to check on Quest three times and staff came to me and stated they inquired two additional times. Quest staff stated she was told I left so she went to lunch. The girls at the check in are very polite but my overall experience with the doc and communication is horrible I wouldn't recommend this place if you are sick I'd just head for the university in iowa city.
