I gave them more time than I should have for a review. I transferred here about three years ago. The Dr. immediately changed one medication to one that was "part of a groundbreaking study." but was basically the same thing only more expensive. With an A1c of 6.1 he wanted to immediately put me on 6 prescriptions which I refused. Fast forward to year 3 and he has had me coming in every 3 months to get my A1c below 6.0. I tried two doctors at this practice and didn't love either one so I asked to try one of the new DO's who had just joined. They said they don't allow that and had to escalate it to the office manager. They called me back after about a week and told me they wouldn't allow it and if I'm not happy with the two doctors I've tried then I should look for another practice...in my opinion a family practice should encourage finding a provider that the patient connects with and that works for the patient instead of focusing solely o... read more

I called to make an appointment. And they said I had a bill. I asked to make arrangements on it. They said it was fine. But they wouldn't see me untill the bill was paid in full. So I assume money is more important than ones health to them.

Still waiting for a reply from ANYONE about the wrong script they sent to the wrong pharmacy and now we are behind on our medication. Left messages on voicemails 4 times and left messages with actual people twice. Had to get medical records for my obgyn and requested them through their online source site. It cost me 78.00!! For an email of our paperwork !!! Repeating info etc. Clearly this place doesn’t care.
