Horrible. Negligent! And generally unhelpful. As a patient I had to call them over my lab results, I had to prompt them on meds and consults I needed. It took them over 4 months to fill out correct paperwork to my insurance for medications. It took them over two months to respond back to my abnormal labs. This is with constant messaging, calls, appointments, and manager involvement. Save yourself. Find a team that cares about you and your health. This is not it

Edit: same problem with new patient processs!! extremely difficult and they dont allow walk-ins/in-person Extremely disappointed with the neurology department. I got a referral to see a dr there. I call, their phone system is a maze and not set up for new patients. I get through, she says the referring doctor has to send the whole file and she couldn’t find me. I go back to my doctor and they send the file. I go in person to make the appointment and they will not give you an appointment in person!!! There are 3 people sittin... read more

Very professional staff. Clean facility. Overall, my expectations were met during my visit. The only reason I did not rate 5 stars was based on the appointment availability. I scheduled in July and was originally given an appointment for October. I took advantage of being added to the waitlist. Thankfully, I was offered an appointment in August due to a cancelation. Otherwise, I would have had to wait 3 months for an appointment.
