Very professional staff. Clean facility. Overall, my expectations were met during my visit. The only reason I did not rate 5 stars was based on the appointment availability. I scheduled in July and was originally given an appointment for October. I took advantage of being added to the waitlist. Thankfully, I was offered an appointment in August due to a cancelation. Otherwise, I would have had to wait 3 months for an appointment.

Waited 45 min for the PA to show up. Staff forgot to include test requisition form with lab test, resulted in my having to make a special trip to get the form.

This was my first visit with Dr. Christian Martinez, and I had a very positive experience. The check-in process was smooth. Dr. Christian Martinez took the time to listen to my concerns, asked thoughtful questions, and explained everything clearly. I appreciated how patient and thorough they were. I left the appointment feeling heard, informed, and confident in the care plan moving forward.

Really glad I found this clinic. I switched insurance plans last year to have access to more options, and I’m glad I did. I really appreciate that Dr Tsai was friendly - and answered questions in a non-judgmental way. She also was very helpful in talking through some of the pros and cons of some upcoming medical choices.
