Tricare told me that they assigned our family PCPs from their clinic so I called them Monday to set up an appointment for Friday morning and created my myChart account with my complete information. My appointment was confirmed by Wednesday morning. Thursday morning they call me to confirm my insurance information. A few hours later they tell me that the PCP is not accepting new patients. I had three appointments here. The service was ok for the first two appointments. Doctor Zimmerman did a decent job. It was mid service overall. The clinic cancelled last minute on me for one of my early appointments which was ok at the time. Nothing particularly special. On my third visit, I had to cancel my first ever appointment hours ahead of time due to a last minute emergency.
