I have always been happy with my care here and the front desk office staff is very helpful and kind. PA Katy Fallovolita is a fantastic addition. She has done a thorough job, followed up on all of my visits, and I would highly recommend her!
Dr. Souza refused to see my infant when she was sick during covid. She had a runny nose with no fever at the time. She recommended we get her tested for covid and if she was negative for it she would see her. Imagine a doctor refusing to see a sick infant, and then letting us know that the only way she would see her is if she tested negative for covid? This place is a life saver. I don’t know what would have happened if I didn’t listen and stay to be seen. Everyone here is so nice and I used to hate having to call the front desk with Tristan Medical which is why we left there. They are absolutely unprofessional. Then we found Family Medicine Associates. The North and South site is amazing. We are seen as soon as we are wanting to be. We are helped as we are needed. I've been going to this place since I was 3yo and was dropped. Staff was very insensitive and unwilling to help out. Would not transfer me to finance to help find a solution to the issue. Would not recommend anyone to this office.
Dr Souza and Dr Garafalo are incredible. They treat you like you are family. They truly care. Always promptly answer portal questions. Can't say enough good things about this office. Dawn the receptionist remembers everyone's name. You immediately feel comfortable there.
