Dr ******** was methodical and very knowledgeable, however his office staff I found to be very rude and incompetent at passing on important information to the doctor and his assistant. I was told I had an x-ray appointment at 5:30 and given the address by a front desk employee and when I went there I was told they are walk-in appointments only and that ended at 4:30. They called my landline phone instead of my mobile phone. I have the ringer turned off on my landline phone because of being inundated with telemarketing calls.... read more
