Excellent patient attention. All is well explained and receptionists are very nice. Easy to get to and plenty of free parking. Dr. Chaoui has excellent diagnostic abilities and you can get Lab work at the office.
The phone system is going to the after hours menu during the day. The after hours menu should include the ability to leave a referral request or prescription refill.
You are not just another patient at FMN. Dr. Chaoui and his staff really care about their patients. They do everything to provide the best service possible! Highly recommend!
I have been a patient of Dr. Alan Chaoui for 20 years, he been our family Dr since then. I wouldn't trust anyone else with taking care of my family. Dr. Chaoui and his staff are the best. I will highly recommend Family Medicine North.
