We have had to come to Family Medicine 2 times and saw Samantha D'eramo, NP. Both times she was very comprehensive, knowledgeable compassionate and took her time with my husband. Blood work and tests were both ordered and taken and she called us to give us the results and took her time with us. You could not have asked for better care. The front desk staff and the staff drawing blood both were wonderful, friendly and had smiles on their faces, which you don't often see anymore in doctor's offices. The facility itself is clean and up to date. The front desk always politely greets me with kindness, making check in easy. I have seen both Dr. Maguire and Samantha D'Eramo (NP). Dr. Maguire is compassionate and thorough with his explanations. He is very knowledgeable and remarkably attentive to my concerns . Sam is empathetic and provides genuine care. Samantha D Ereno REFUSED to see a sick patient for a scheduled appointment. Front desk is digustingly unprofessional and hung up on me mid sentence with no resulution. Really lazy unprofessional staff.
