I have seen multiple OBGYNs and their students and all of them have been so communicative, friendly, and have truly made what could be have been very stressful and scary experiences so easy and manageable. Dr. Underdahl, Carvalho, and Phelps have all been amazing. Could not recommend this clinic more.
My son's appointment today was traumatizing from beginning to end. I have been a certified medical assistant for 15 years, working for Urgent Care, Urology, Cardiology and Plastic Surgery. My son sees Armenta Ray. He's been complaining of a fullness in his ear and hearing loss for a week. This place used to be great, but nowadays it feels very much as if it's being run by a "Bob Kelso" type. They just seem to take on way more patients than they can handle, leading to a chaotic and disorganized atmosphere. Doctors always come off as rushed and overworked, the office feels dogged and scattered, and cancellations and rescheduling seem to happen a lot more than before...
