I have been seeing Dr. Carpenter for nearly 20 years. HE is awesome! But that white haired receptionist needs an attitude adjustment. First she put the wrong dates on my work excuse and when I informed of it she got an attitude and lied saying that she put what the Dr. said to put on it. He’s a great Doctor
Doctor Carpender is an excellent doctor BUT SAYING THAT . His receptionist are horrible . Not all , but most . I went in today and the women was very rude from the first words she spoke to me . She forced me to go outside because I told her my throat was sore . She said go sit in the car . I said I don’t have a car out there because my husband took my little girl to go get meds at cvs . Theee Worse Place ever! First off they never answer the phone.......2nd I have been trying for a MONTH to get a refill on my gma medication. The PHARMACY has even reached out smh. The receptionist said she left several notes and that he has many clients....Are you kidding me? Get help!!! This not our first problem...this office has got to do better.
