I giggled when I looked up this facility to leave a review to see a 1.6 star rating. I'm here to add another 1 star. The staff is so bad, it's not even laughable. I had a head MRI ordered 5 weeks ago and the dropped the ball on MULTIPLE occasions to leave me having to start the whole process over again by finding a new GP.
My wife and I have paid over $1,500 this year just for what was supposed to be a covered annual check-up! When I called them and explained that we had only done the annual check-up, which should be covered, they responded that they can’t control what the doctor did or billed for. There is no notice before charging. Even when I asked if there were any fees for the doctor-requested routine back check, they said it should be covered, but we were still billed later! It’s unbelievable and ridiculous!
Charged me with $450 for my annual visit. it was preventative. After multiple calls and messages to the hospital and insurance company, I gave up and ended up paying the amount. I wouldn't recommend .
Worst hospital I have ever been to. Charges too much with irresponsible doctors.
Great service, very competent high quality clinicians team and great customer service, including front desk, very happy with PAMF , surprised with other reviews. As for charges they charge what every one else does and sometimes even less. Any online question I had my physician responded very quickly, when she was on maternity leave any other practitioner was very good as well.
