I am saddened that I find myself writing a negative review for this practice. I am a relatively new patient. March 30th was my second visit with Ms. Reddy (PA) and my experience is that the staff does not pay attention to requests, seemingly too busy. I initially sent an email to Ms. Reddy on March 5th alerting her about the packet of paperwork I dropped at her office on March 16th. I'm disappointed to say I tried calling the office to schedule an appointment for two new patients and no one answers my phone call. I understand, it may be busy but it's not lunch hour time. The fact, I called the office about 6 times, no answer, no follow up call it's disappointing!

I went in January for my yearly wellness check, which is supposed to be fully covered and not billed as an additional visit. However, I was charged because the insurance claimed it didn’t cover me “talking to the doctor about fatigue and weight.” I did not bring these issues up on my own. Dr. Anjali asked me how I was feeling, and during the visit she also focused heavily on my weight and attempted to talk me into taking weight-loss shots.
