I have been a patient here for years now & used to love it. I can no longer say that. The lack of response & not submitting referrals as they should is HORRIBLE. I drive from Livingston to The Woodlands for this. They don't answer calls, nor respond to messages that are left. When you ask for a referral on the 10th & it still hasn't been sent on the 27th, something is seriously WRONG.
I would like to thank all of the staff for being so nice to my daughters and making them comfortable on their visit. They were very accommodating and patient with them. And the manager was a Sweat Heart….I would recommend this place to all mothers looking to be seen as well as your children.
Very welcoming atmosphere, especially the front desk girls, Maddy and Melissa, they are very welcoming and thorough at explaining my visit and answer any questions i have.
I’ve been coming here for years. I love the staff. They truly care of how you’re feeling and well being. Anjali is amazing. She listens to my concerns and does an awesome job explaining things in terms I can understand. I have never had any issues here. Definitely recommend this facility to everyone!
The young ladies at the front desk are always so kind and helpful. They never hesitate to step in and help when the nurses are busy, and they always greet me with a smile. That’s why I like to bring them a little treat every now and then. They work so hard, and I truly appreciate everything they do for me. It’s always a pleasure coming here because of how them. Thank you girls, keep up the good work there is donuts in your future.
