I went in January for my yearly wellness check, which is supposed to be fully covered and not billed as an additional visit. However, I was charged because the insurance claimed it didn’t cover me “talking to the doctor about fatigue and weight.” I did not bring these issues up on my own. I have been a patient with them for years now. I am very appreciative of the fact the the two practitioners that we have seen have been on board with the fact that I prefer an osteopathic approach (natural before medical). I also appreciate that there is a phlebotamist on site. I am very big on education and appreciate how hands on the clinic seems to be with nursing and medical students. The staff is overall friendly. I do not think I have seen an unfriendly face stay here long. I recommend this facility.
