I started going to Family Medicine Clinic before I had my second child. This Clinic and staff is so amazing. Dr. Elzufari staff gets you right in and out. I come way from Richmond all the way to Family Medicine just because I know my health and ANY situation gonna get me clear. I calls the office and the staff directs me right to the right staff. Quedé muy satisfecho con la atención recibida.
Personally i like the doctors it's the front office staff and the office manager thats the real issue. The way they treat patients of this office is a no way for me! They speak openly about your personal medical business right there in front of people in the lobby totally violating my HIPPAA rights! Total circus! Update left a message for Mrs Reddy regarding issues i experienced with front office staff And she either doesn't care or the office staff never gave her the message. Shameful mess!
