RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL & BIASED didn’t even get to make it to the doctor. I read reviews and they was mix before I actually visit. But I was first in line once they open mind you appt at 8. The goofy black girl with glasses is rude and lazy she told me to change providers so I stepped outside to do such and said I had to reschedule when the provider said I could still be seen. They called my elderly Mum to say they have an appointment for her in 10 minutes and they weren’t going to refill the prescriptions she needs to live until she comes in to see them.When she said she can’t make it they told her the next appointment wasn’t until February sometime after needing a prescription refill. She told them she doesn’t have transportation and their response to her conflict is that it is not their problem. This is a terrible place with terrible people to say that to someone. i had an appt at 11:45 went to check in at 11:40 paid at 11:42 went and sat down in the lobby in front of the check in desk. There was one other person in the lobby they were taken care of and left as i sat. I sat in the lobby for an entire hour and i went to the desk to ask about how much longer the wait would be for them to tell me, they inform me my appt. that i’ve been physically sitting in there lobby for was canceled as i was sitting.
