We husband and I have been looking for a new Dr. and initially we liked it here the Nurse practitioner was kind and thorough at our first appointment but after trying to get insurance approvals the front desk lady Angelica didn’t seem to want to help out much. I was a patient of doctor leng for a little over 3 years. Now that I'm no longer a patient of doctor leng, because at the time when I was covered by my healthcare provider they regretfully never informed me that Family Medical Clinic wasn't covered in their Network so because of it I'm stuck with this bill with Dr Leng that I'm trying to take care of and don't have the money to pay the full payment. I’ve been going to Dr. Leng’s office for almost 6 years now and have always received above and beyond care. Dr. Leng and his staff are very kind, understanding and friendly. I have never felt judged or disparaged at his clinic, unlike many many other doctors/healthcare providers I’ve seen. I believe he truly cares about his patients, which is rare these days, so I feel lucky to have him as a doctor.
The doctor’s service is excellent and very personable, which I truly appreciate. However, I’ve had mixed experiences with the staff. While the front desk staff was exceptionally kind, I’ve had two unpleasant interactions over the phone with another staff member.
New to Washington, Dr. Leng took great care of me before and after my appointment. His passion to help and his knowledge is top tier!!!! Thank you Dr. Leng!!!!!!!
