Wow where do I start????? I would give them Negative stars!!! Kids were traveling so we took them there they were traveling so she took there she was told that she should go to a travel clinic!!! Your nurse could of told us that instead of scheduling the appointment!! Wait it gets better!!! I called the head doctor she said the doctor who say my children is not authorized to write a prescription he is training???????????????? Wow I told her can she call my pharmacy and give the prescription she said I didn’t see your kid !!!... read more
Horrible !!! Over 30 min on the phone to make a simple appt. inefficients !!!
If I could give negative stars I would. The receptionists are nice but the "nurses" and "doctors" are very unprofessional and don't actually show any care towards the patients. I understand they're affordable healthcare but this is not your only option! I'm 7 weeks pregnant and I would rate their prenatal care as the equivalent of staying home and not bothering to go to the doctor in the first place. St. Peter's doctors are excellent and just as affordable!!!
Been going for years. I have a regular doctor I see. You have to be proactive in your care & work within the system.
