Dr boerma always covers all concerns, takes his time, is easy to understand, helps with everything.
After having been at patient at his office for about 30 years. I was dismissed today because of a no call no show appt where I thought the time was 10:30 when in fact it was at 10:15. So that was my last no show. I was told this while sitting in their parking lot. This office has changed too much. I still love Dr Boerema and the others here but I won't ever be back.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this office. I have a history of poor interactions with Dr. Hayes and made it very clear—multiple times—that I did not want to see him again. I was told it was possible to see another provider, and I was scheduled with a nurse practitioner. Before the appointment, I carefully updated all of my medical information online.
