I took a life insurance form to this clinic that needed to be filled out by the doctor due to my mother’s tragic passing. It has been a month and I have not received anything. Turns out this form “got lost” in transit. How does that happen?? Was this paper not top priority with everything else going on? Did someone not care and put the form in the wrong pile?? I needed a Covid test and the AMAZING person who answered the phone was cheerful, ABOVE AND BEYOND helpful, and made me smile - even while contemplating the dreaded swab test.
Great doctors, nurses, and staff!
Called to get some information and tried to schedule an appointment. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude.
