Staff is helpful; my physician is efficient and listens to my concerns.
I do like the doctor but you can't EVER get a hold of anyone. May have to switch to a clinic that is better staffed.
I called with the intentions of seeking out Shalisa Henson due to her specialities. My intention was to seek a second opinion and gather more knowledge on her practice since she is in-network with my insurance. I called for an apt for a consultation to simply speak with Shalisa on her practices. I had a very bad experience with the receptionist, whose name I do not recall unfortunately.
