I was on the phone for work and saw that my daughter went in back. I said the the front desk on 03/20/2026 @ 8:30am, “Excuse me, has Sofia been called back?” She rolled her eyes, took a deep exhale and said just a minute. A patient stated that she heard that name being called. I thanked her. It was more helpful and gracious than the front desk.
