Reception at check in number 5 at 9 am on 6/27 was super rude and legitimately tried to skip me in line and ignored any questions or concerns I had. Should hire more friendly and motivated young women.

Navigating healthcare is seriously intimidating and aggravating in today’s age, but this new location shows major promise in combating that. Extremely friendly staff, courteous and attentive nurses and doctors. Clean and well appointed, and a fantastic location for northern whatcom county residents. I literally go into doctor’s offices ready to fight someone, and they take all the vitriol right out of me with their professionalism and kindness. Very Polite staff, welcoming facility, and Dr. Webb was phenomenal for each of my family’s visits.
What a disaster of an experience we had at this PeaceHealth location. Wrong codes sent to our insurance company - calls and on-hold forever to get through. No follow-up calls (as promised) - there is simply no "ownership" at this location - "I'm just doing my job!" Left "hand" has no idea what the right "hand" is doing - this place is a MESS!
