I don’t usually take the time to go into detail and reviews, but I’m going to on this one as it was the single Worst experience I’ve had at a doctor in 61 years. I’m new to the area found great reviews on Dr. Walker who by the way is the only good thing about this place. Had to figure out the “workaround“ to get an actual appointment much sooner than the telephone appointment center told me they had available went in established care. Everything was going well. Went in this week and their front receptionist Harnoor was amazing and very helpful! It seemed as if she was alone, but handling it very well, very professional, calm, and collected young woman. Peace health needs more staff like this! Overall the appointment was good, doctor was running behind but nothing unusual. Nice place, good service by provider.

Horrible care, horrible service. I’d prefer to give them zero stars but that’s not an option. First doc didn’t make the appointment. After an hour I walked out. Went in for pre-surgery physical for hip replacement surgery. Doctor was provided two copies of what Swedish hospital wanted checked. Couldn’t get it all done in one visit, between lab work, and EKG it took 4 visits. Bellingham peace health did same stuff a year ago in one visit. Reception at check in number 5 at 9 am on 6/27 was super rude and legitimately tried to skip me in line and ignored any questions or concerns I had. Should hire more friendly and motivated young women.
