Very nice and professional. No messing around. Very prompt service. No waiting for a Monday. All services rendered
Horrible care, horrible service. I’d prefer to give them zero stars but that’s not an option. First doc didn’t make the appointment. After an hour I walked out. Went in for pre-surgery physical for hip replacement surgery. Doctor was provided two copies of what Swedish hospital wanted checked. Couldn’t get it all done in one visit, between lab work, and EKG it took 4 visits. Bellingham peace health did same stuff a year ago in one visit. Reception at check in number 5 at 9 am on 6/27 was super rude and legitimately tried to skip me in line and ignored any questions or concerns I had. Should hire more friendly and motivated young women.

Navigating healthcare is seriously intimidating and aggravating in today’s age, but this new location shows major promise in combating that. Extremely friendly staff, courteous and attentive nurses and doctors. Clean and well appointed, and a fantastic location for northern whatcom county residents. I literally go into doctor’s offices ready to fight someone, and they take all the vitriol right out of me with their professionalism and kindness.
