If only I could give negative stars. What an absolutely abhorrent medical practice. This "doctor", Jenna Farquhar needs to be fired. The entire practice should be closed. If they're treating one patient so poorly, I can only imagine how badly they're treating others. I have been watching a friend struggle since Dr.Sager left. They refused to fill lifesaving prescriptions, including an emergency inhaler. They also let her go without several other medications that people have killed themselves when abruptly stopped and then ha... read more

Rachel Trump was Very unprofessional. Was pretty much accusing me of selling my pain pills I requested a refill on. She had me sign some paper, at this time I was so mad, I got up and said this is ridiculous and walked out. She had never met me and was very condisending when I mentioned some of my health issues. We initially came here last year after my long time Doctor retired. Both mine and my husbands new doctors left the practice this year. We definitely will not be back. Very unprofessional!!

Dr. Sagar was my pcp until he didn’t take what I was going in for serious. My PT recommended an MRI, and he laughed at the idea. I’ll be going in for my second MRI due to issues in my shoulder and neck stemming from the issues I went in for two months ago. It’s 3 months of constant pain and when I would call to get seen by him, they said it’ll be weeks till I can get in. Why even have a pcp if you can’t get seen? Update: I went to him a few years ago with issues of having headaches and not being able to move my neck properly... read more

I’ve had almost always bad experiences with being rushed out the door, nurses having no idea what to do because doctors don’t communicate and really every employee there had a communication problem. I received a call from the nurse triage and when I went to speak the lady very RUDELY interrupted me and continued to speak over me so I couldn’t even say what I needed to say. The doctors are incredibly rude and often times don’t give referrals that are needed. If you want a doctor to actually care about you and your well being ... read more
