Terrible care. They care more about the nurses' convenience than they do the patients' well being. I attest to what every9ne else said...they treat patients like dirt on their shoes and they worship the ground their staff walks on. They couldn't care less about the patient. They have treated me horribly.
I think the Providers here are great. Dr. Faraquar and Brittany Todd are great! The only reason I knocked two stars off is because please, for thr love of Peter Pan please hire more nurses for nurse triage. There are very long hold times which is mpt the fault of the nurses this is the actions of UPMC by refusing to staff more nurses. The frustration of not having enough staff is quite obvious to patients and the nirses seem very overworked.
Someone i care about just tried getting a refill on her pills and the person on the phone was rude and just told her the dr had no time to help anytime soon. This is not okay. I have never heard anyone say anything good about the people who work here. Its disgusting how they treat people who need real help.
Terrible customer service. They never refill your meds on time either. I called several times to get my medication refilled but the doctor is too busy to sign it off or she keeps forgetting. This is not the first time its happened either. The secretary gave me attitude on the phone as well her name is Shelly
If only I could give negative stars. What an absolutely abhorrent medical practice. This "doctor", Jenna Farquhar needs to be fired. The entire practice should be closed. If they're treating one patient so poorly, I can only imagine how badly they're treating others. I have been watching a friend struggle since Dr.Sager left. They refused to fill lifesaving prescriptions, including an emergency inhaler.
