Usually very difficult to get an appointment, always at least 2 weeks to get an appointment with Dr Cross, who is also terrible at responding to portal messages from patients, and an ever changing carousel of support staff who have little to no familiarity with the patients. And the clinic discriminates against homeless patients and refuses to allow patients to speak with a medical center ombudsman or management about complaints.
I've been going to Dr. Ken Williams for over 20 years. An excellent GP. The staff has always been friendly and helpful.
Justeen at Moab Family Medicine has messed up our last three appointments. Not only does she not let us know when our appointments are, she is extremely rude about how she talks to her patients. She is very unpleasant when we go in and due to her bad attitude and not being able to do her job we will most definitely not be back.
