This was a complete waste of time. I had an appointment scheduled for two months, only to receive a call the day before telling me I needed to change my primary care provider (PCP) on my insurance to their provider before I could be seen. On July 6, I received multiple calls from the office to make sure the change had been completed. I specifically spoke with Michael in the insurance department, who confirmed everything. Went in for a ANNUAL CHECKUP. The wait and the staff was fine . The exam was nothing like what I’m used to, and I’ve been with ADVENT for a very long time ( different location). Hardly any questions were asked, didn’t “examine“ anything. The visit was rushed. I go for my blood work and they ONLY PUT IN 1 order . I had to confirm and call the office then the rep said she would ask. The answer that I got was “ OOPS” then I ask to speak to someone about changing doctors.
