I absolutely love the staff here,they are always so helpful and very nice
Went in for a ANNUAL CHECKUP. The wait and the staff was fine . The exam was nothing like what I’m used to, and I’ve been with ADVENT for a very long time ( different location). Hardly any questions were asked, didn’t “examine“ anything. The visit was rushed. I go for my blood work and they ONLY PUT IN 1 order . I had to confirm and call the office then the rep said she would ask. The answer that I got was “ OOPS” then I ask to speak to someone about changing doctors. Never got a return call then she basically kicked me out!... read more
Worst customer service ever. Don't recommend to anyone who appreciates their own time and money. Alejandra needs to be trained on customer service and apparently so does the office manager Julie. They both need training on their policies.
