I’ve been a patient of AdventHealth for years and the quality of service has diminished dramatically. It is impossible to get an appointment. We end up having to use virtual visits with a random doctor or urgent care. It is sad and ridiculous!
By far the worst experience trying to call and get an answer. The staff is rude, disrespectful and utterly unhelpful. I called for a simple question of why my estimate was high for a visit (50 over my standard) 40 minutes and 4 transfers later I end up with Sierra, the rudest front desk person. Don't go here, you will wait forever and get no answers and rude staff. To your response. I called yesterday. Sierra cancelled my appointment without me asking to cancel it. I was lost and Lakia, noticed and helped me and my family find the Imaging center on the ground floor. She was so nice and sweet. Thank you for your help Lakia!
Lakia was super patient ,respectful, very knowledgeable and caring and had a very GOOD A SPIRIT!
Great services ! Had to take my sister here and she was happy with it as well. Lakia was wonderful! She had a beautiful smile and very helpful :). Definitely made our visit pleasant. I we felt very welcomed .
