I have always had a horrible experience with the receptionists at the front desk, but a great experience with the doctor. I work with a lady who has a developmental disability and uses a wheelchair. She has seen the same doctor for several years now and we have never had a bad experience with him. However, the staff receptionist have never been helpful and the office is not handicap accessible.
