Vary unprofessional staff, they do not monitor things closely at all! They have a strict and unethical missing appointment rule! If you are have medical conditions which may prevent you from attending an appointment they expect you to be there any way! No matter how long you are there they will drop you as s doctor without making sure you have plenty of notice! They cancelled my last appointment the day before the appointment which ended up throwing me into ICU! I would NOT RECOMMEND this practice! Also they do not sterilize... read more

Doctor Twobears was wonderful to work with! She explained everything thoroughly and in an easy way to understand while being able to answer all of my questions and concerns. She made time for me to handle multiple issues at once saving my time for excessive future visits. Thanks doc!
My husband has been a patient here for many years and my 11 year old daughter was having issues with her Dr. So my husband decided to change her doctor to his doctor, Amanda Black. Amanda is a wonderful Dr. and my daughter felt comfortable and safe. I really appreciate the care this facility has given to my family.
My visit here with the NP was a total waste of time & money!! I then called her with my concerns which also went nowhere. She has no interest in helping whatsoever. I’m out $50 because I trusted her medical guidance!! I’ll never return! *** GIA is obviously an acronym, not my name!! I’m definitely referring to Family Medicine Associates on 88th & Fox, the provider being ~ Lora Shima!!
