I'm gonna start by saying they do a great job with treatment when it is needed. This low review the is concerning other issues. For one they never call to discuss lab results or results for anything really. I know that there is an online portal for that but all it shows (if you can even access it) is the numbers and their notes. That does not tell me if the results are good or bad.
