Worst patient experience of my life. I waited on the phone for 33 minutes. The receptionist said he couldn't hear me and hung up. I am back on the line now. I am #19 in line. This is the 2nd time I have called my doctor in the last 6 months. The first time they said they could not see me. The transition to Middlesex has been horrific. They should be ashamed to call this patient care.

Absolutely no communication, follow through, I had to call specialists to ask if they sent over a referral, very snotty receptionist who hung up on me!! Don't go here if you want to get accurate treatment and care!!!
