Getting an appointment for an urgent issue was next to impossible, I most often went to urgent care. I was always billed for a copay even though I had a copay free visit from my insurance. The billing department wasn't, in my opinion, professional. I had been a patient for 10+ years, my family decided we would seek another practice.
