I recently had an extremely unsatisfactory experience at this hospital. My appointment was scheduled for 10 am, but unfortunately, due to a mistake on my part, I arrived at the wrong location and subsequently was late. Upon arriving, the front desk staff informed me that it was not possible to be seen by a doctor due to my tardiness. according to Covered California this was listed as a place I could be seen. I waited 3 weeks for an appointment and when I got to it. I was called to reschedule to another 2 weeks! after I got there I was told my insurance wasn't the right one. I wasted time here to be seen when they could've checked my insurance to make sure or they need to update their insurance policies asap in the covered California. Worst care I ever received I'm a Partnership patient and doctor's don't take the time to listen really your concerns and do the homework to figure out what's wrong maybe it's just med-ical patients that don't get adequate care . I really didn't receive the care I deserved
