Bad experience
It's been over a year since dr dada has left she was so amazing. She recommended i believe a couple doctor would take over, I had tried to contact the clinic after such a long wait regarding who's my doctor now, when will we meet and greet, when is my annual checkup..but the receptionist told me in April they will start to call clients now may is almost over and now follow up from the mr and Mrs doctors
Worst clinic, receptionist and doctors. They don’t respect Canadian law and disclosed my personal health information without my consent. Too rude and very unprofessional. The doctor even called my ethnicity and said go and drink yogurt.he even charged me for a wrong medical note. Our tax payers money wasted on this clinic. I refused them as my family doctor not vice versa.
I was very excited to see a black owned doctors , mother , father , daughter. The daughter was MY doctor she was amazing , no complaints at all. The father was good as well , the secretary’s were soo sweet. That mother ? I don’t recommend you have her as a doctor , zero stars. I seen her for a bit as my doctor was away and she speaks to you like a CHILD very disrespectful I’m not sure if she thought because i was black that this is ok but it was a very rudeeeee experience and i will NEVER go back here again , ever since then... read more
