Worst medical transportation company ever. My mom was scheduled to be picked up at 3pm and it was verified with the driver multiple times on the day of. The man says he is 20 minutes away and 2 hours later he is still not there. Now won’t return any of the calls or texts from my mother and she has now missed her window to be admitted to this medical facility because of him. It was a last minute pick up so I am grateful for that. The van was a mess. It was clearly in an accident for the dents and scrapes were never fixed. It smelled like stale cigarettes, had clothes, bags, & yes, several cigarettes in the ashtray! Driver was nice and polite. That said, it was a last min pickup, but to do this as your job, you need to maintain and clean the car!
