The local company in Raleigh NC were extremely helpful in getting me started with a new cpap. However, the call center staff is a different story. Majority of the time when I need new supplies they most always send the wrong supplies. Because of this I am in the process of switching to another cpap supply company. Their call center staff seem incompetent and I have only spoke with one or two who seemed to know what that were doing and what they were talking about. Its so frustrating...

Laura assisted me in explaining how my new c-pap machine works. She understood the machine and was thorough and patient in explaining how it works. When I had a question, she wanted to make sure that I understood everything that she had explained to me. I am always pleased with Laura's professionalism when I call for information about my by- pap machine or something I do not fully understand, such as sleep apnea, thank you Laura and Family Supply for understanding and caring, God bless all of us!
