The local company in Raleigh NC were extremely helpful in getting me started with a new cpap. However, the call center staff is a different story. Majority of the time when I need new supplies they most always send the wrong supplies. Because of this I am in the process of switching to another cpap supply company. Their call center staff seem incompetent and I have only spoke with one or two who seemed to know what that were doing and what they were talking about. Its so frustrating...
