The Parking Lot is somewhat small but seems to provide okey parking access. The store itself seems clean and organized.However the staff lacks any speed in helping customers.The wait to receive even minor medical equipment is long and annoying.There not rude but not nice and eventually do get you your equipment.3 out of 5
Customer service is horrid. Dropped off a prescription and was told they would have to get notes from physician. Two days later had to call to remind them to call the doctor. Then, they called to tell me I could pick up the brace. They did not have one to fit. Horrible attitude.
Have never had a problem with the service at this place
