Terrible billing and customer service. They over charged my HSA by over $600 in January of 2025. It’s now middle of November and I still haven’t be reimbursed and dealing with their third party billing is terrible. Last time I went in for an appointment they told me I still owed a balance after they over charged me. I told them I wasn’t paying anything and that they actually owed me. When calling to reschedule my appointment, I made sure that the only thing that I would pay was the self pay co pay of $ 150. During my last visit they said it would just be the $150 payment. When I traveled to North Carolina recently, my card got dinged for fraudulent charges, and therefore my card was canceled on 10/3 and my new one would be in the Mail. My mother is a patient at this office. In the last few weeks she has received diagnosis upon diagnosis, all of which have been taking a toll on her physically over the last 6 months or more. She has been hoping for answers for all of the pain she is in CONSTANTLY only to be humiliated with prescriptions for medication that her pharmacy wouldn’t fill.
