Got an emergency appointment through 111 due to an excruciating back pain. Doctor did an assessment at the surgery and said they would sent a prescription right away for painkillers as they could see I had a very difficult time to sit or move around with the pain. Booked a Private service and not an NHS one. Poor service, didn’t want to own the responsibility of an error that they had created! I personally would avoid and not recommend. She was rude and not only accused me of being stupid said it was my fault!!
