I had booked a 9.30am appointment online, because no one would answer the phone. I got my confirmation txt and replied with a yes..was advised that I would have to pay an additional fee because it was a Sunday.. as it is my only day off, I was happy to do so. I got to my appointment a little early.. the place was closed. No one would answer the phone. I truly love my Dr Jabeen Sheeda. She'd been my Dr. for almost 10 yrs. However, i was totally disappointed with their rude receptionist Michelle. I have to wait till she answered the phone, which is fine. When i got my turn, she answered but asked me to hold on again, waited about 5 minutes again. Then, she got back to me. Then, asked me to wait again? I asked why have to wait for many times as ive waited for her to finish other callers. I waited for my turn. She said she's so busy. No apology and even blamed me. I have been going there since 2023 and dr. Syeda is really good and she listens to problems very calmly and always gives her best. I would highly recommend FMP.
Had booked an appointment for 9 A.M. but the doctor wasn’t even showing up for over 35 mins being late. Asked receptionist about his arrival, didn’t provide any estimated timing for doctor as well. Definitely not a good place to visit and well never recommended to anyone. Terrible services
