Very good staff especially Dr Rosie and Pathologist (forgot her name, sorry). The receptionists are incredible as well. I felt heard and looked after by Dr Rosie all throughout the appointments and iron infusion. She cares deeply. Thank you everyone at Family medical centre.
FMP Medical Centre is truly the best medical centre! From the moment you walk in, the staff are welcoming, caring, and very professional. The doctors are knowledgeable, attentive, and always take the time to listen and provide excellent care. The whole team goes above and beyond to make patients feel comfortable and supported. Highly recommended for anyone looking for outstanding healthcare services!
The worst doctors I’ve ever met. I’ve been waiting for 2-3 hours and they keep saying “you have 1 person in front of you” SO MANY PEOPLE HAVE GONE IN FRONT OF ME.
Most arrogant, rude and senseless receptionist i have ever met. I went today on 22 July 2025 to get my blood test done from 4cyte pathology and mind you I have been there before and those two time the nurses who took my pathology test they took my insurance as well. But today this receptionist who was most probably representing family medical, behaved like she owned the place and doesn’t have simple ethics which a employee of services MUST have. If anyone if after the best GP, look no further then Dr Sandra Rahme. She goes above and beyond for her patients, is thorough in her examinations and doesn’t miss a thing. It’s very rare to find a doctor who genuinely cares about all of her patients. I can undoubtedly say that she cares about all of her patients and ensures they receive the utmost care and attention as well as follow up.
