Called to make an appt to be a new patient and was advised that I had to come into the office. Sign a records release. The doctor would have to review my information and then would be called to set an appt. I asked well if I’m new and don’t have a pcp I still need to go through this process? Lady on the phone still said yes. Doesn’t seem like they need business.

The doctor and nurse practioner were so professional and a great help when cutting my finger. No wait as I was seen immediately, they stopped bleeding and gave me many dressings to take home. Very informative and caring even after closing hours. Thank you for the excellent service!

I have been a patient since 2014. I have received excellent care at the lake placid office. Recently I needed to see Ms. Heidi Smith on a Friday when the office was closing in an hour. They took me in at the last moment and Ms Heidi took care of the problem. I so appreciate the care I received. Thank You Ms. Heidi.
