The providers are great, but it can be difficult to get in to see them. Also, while I understand that their schedule challenges present issues for the office staff, at least one of the people I spoke to there was rather rude about it instead of showing compassion or empathy for my 87- year-old father-in-law's health situation. At this point, I would recommend finding a different doctor.

Just called to try to get an appt and become a new patient and the girl who answered the just rushed me off the phone and said I wasn’t a patient so they can’t see me. Didn’t wanna do her job. Sounded like I interrupted nap time.
