Don't go here if you travel out of state. They're very reluctant to help you with prescriptions or assistance unless you can present in person in the office. Don't try speaking with Dr Desai by phone, text or e-mail as he's surrounded himself with layers of admin who will in no way allow access to him & prefer to just dump you off on some random urgent care center than actually do their job & help you. The nurses practitioner is so great. Nurses are too.Receptionist iß good Dr Nilesh desai however...I hardly ever see him but the one time I did ..I received is a message saying my sppt was at 9:30. It was actually at 2. I said id just come back. No no they said we'll get you in. I saw the Dr. Asked a simple question and was told he didn't have time since I came at the wrong time. All he did was go through the blood work.
EXCELLENT DOCTOR & KIND...TAKES PLENTY OF TIME WITH PATIENTS!
Very happy with the care I have received.
